At Mayne Stitch, every piece is thoughtfully sewn by hand and often made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review the policies below before purchasing.

**Because many Mayne Stitch items are custom-made, we encourage customers to review this page carefully before placing an order.**


Custom & Personalized Items

All items that include customization or embroidery are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with personalized text, custom sizing, or specific design requests.

If there is an issue with your custom order due to an error on our end, please contact us and we will be happy to help make it right!


Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, non-embroidered items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of damage, stains, or wear

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Order Issues & Damages

Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Although one of my top concerns is creating pieces that are beautiful and functional, please remember that each item is handmade in a home, not made by a machine in a factory; my grandma always would say that each imperfection is a reminder that the item is handmade — handmade with love & care!


Because many items are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once work has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.


Processing & Shipping Times

Processing times vary based on the item and level of customization. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page. Shipping times are in addition to processing times.
