About Mayne Stitch

Hello! My name is Madelynn Mayne.

When I was little, my grandma gifted me my first sewing machine. She had the most wonderful craft room where I would spend numerous hours crafting whatever I could imagine. Sewing clothes for my American Girl Doll and countless throw pillows, this hobby quickly became a favorite of mine.

About ten years passed and I desired to begin sewing again. As a stay-at-home-mom, I felt a deep call on my life to work with my hands within our home. Stuck in the mud of intimidation, I did nothing with that desire. During the summer, my grandma reminded me of my open-invite into that wonderful craft room of hers, where I would once again fall in love with sewing. Shortly after that, my husband set up my own sewing machine within our home and encouraged me to continue sewing.

Eventually, this all led to the creation of Mayne Stitch; I thank God for those He has placed in my life to get me here, and those He continues to place in my life to keep me creating — thank you all.
